Tagging in Delhi

I guess I am late. I personally spend a lot of time on the TAGGING in Delhi. Not only do I cover the tagging, I explain to the kids how tagging effects the value of their home. We all work very hard for what we own/rent. I do not think that kids have the right to destroy what we have worked so hard for. As with most things, I believe the problem starts at home.
