In an agreement with the FDIC, Westamerica was scheduled to acquire all County Bank deposits. The FDIC's decision to close County Bank and have Westamerica take over the deposits came in an announcement Friday, February 6.
County Bank opened in Delhi in June 2007. The Delhi branch has reportedly been successful in opening new accounts.
